Oh Dreams ! :)

Most people nowadays over the age of 10 have 4 to 6 dreams every night. Those numbers times 365 days in one year makes for between 1,460 and 2,190 dreams every year. We dream during our REM period which means that when we have Rapid Eye Movement in our sleep which can range anywhere from 5 minutes to hald an hour long. In the course of one night this happens multiple times.

You might be thinking, I don't remember having 4 different dreams in one night, and I certainly don't remember having 1,000 dreams last year. The fact of the matter is that you are forgetting between 95% to 99% of all the dreams you have. That may seem kind of high, but most of your dreams don't really interest you enough to make you want to remember them.

Dreams don't require enough concentration to force you to remember them. In that sense, they are similar to other routine actions you do throughout the day like driving or tying your shoes. You don't remember most of the time you do those things either. You can also teach yourself to control your dreams. That method is called "lucid dreaming", which means that you are aware of the fact that you're dreaming. That way you have the freedom to choose how your dreams go. In most cases people turn nightmares into good dreams or fly.

Stress


Stress. That's every nursing student's problem, every businees man's companion. But really, stress isn.t that hard to get rid of if we would really pay attention to the things that would destroy stress and it would badly needs a great part of responsibility and descipline.

The world economy is again faced with stress, and again voices with the Great Depression. But look for the link between these terms is actually wrong. Depression and stress are often confused, although they have little in common.

Stress – it is an inevitable factor of life for everyone. We can completely get rid of it by relaxing and to remove the effect of stress, or at least neutralize them by these things.

 v  Manage your time. Stress will be less if you would start working on a light and organizes schedule and learn to prioritize things.

 v  Look for effective ways to cope. We should learn how to deal with things we face and know how to deal with them with less stress.


 v  Take care of yourself. No matter how corny it may sound but we must do it whether we like it or not because it’s for the betterment of ourselves.

 v  Speak.  You can always talk and ask for help from your friends because they are the best group to be with when you are stressed enough.

 v Sports. Regular exercise helps the body and mind to relax more. That is why the day is best to star with a jog.

 v  Do what you like. Hobbies help you relax. Volunteer work is often used as a mean to deal with stress to unleash the things you want to do for you to get rid of stress.

 v  Relax. Breathing exercise, massage, yoga. These would really help you to cope with physical tension created by stress.

These simple things would really help anybody who would like to get rid of stress and do better things in life because life is just too short to deal with things that is not that important but we should deal with things that really matters the most to live life without regrets.
